Verarchy University is simply for the purpose of bringing law to the credibility it never had. Mightiest of armies will usually win, but that has no more credibility than savviest of criminals. All ethical/moral claims affecting other lives must be credible, meaning they must be actually true, or they are arbitrary whims abusively imposed by force, an unacceptably low standard for humanity in our obvious need to rise above the conditions of suffering caused by the non-credible laws and governing structures of all known human history.
